Türkiye’s franchise market is entering a new phase as established franchise brands increasingly seek not only franchisees but also institutional and strategic capital to support their growth.

Reflecting this shift, Be My Franchise – 24th International Franchising Expo, taking place in Istanbul from 15–18 October 2026, will introduce a new Private Investor Club designed to connect franchise brands with professional investors, family offices, private equity firms and multi-unit operators.

From Franchise Sales to Strategic Investment

For more than two decades, franchise exhibitions have primarily focused on bringing brands together with entrepreneurs looking to open a single business.

However, the structure of the franchise industry is evolving.

As franchise companies mature, many are developing into scalable business platforms built around recurring revenues, standardized operations and structured expansion strategies. These characteristics are increasingly attracting investors looking for scalable businesses and long-term enterprise value.

The new Private Investor Club at Be My Franchise 2026 aims to reflect this transformation by creating a dedicated environment for investment-focused meetings.

Who Will Join the Private Investor Club?

The platform is expected to bring together a range of professional investors and business operators, including:

  • Private equity firms
  • Family offices
  • Strategic investors
  • Multi-unit franchise operators
  • Master franchise investors
  • M&A professionals

The initiative is designed to create direct connections between franchise brands seeking growth capital and investors looking for scalable business opportunities.

A New Model for Franchise Exhibitions

The introduction of the Private Investor Club represents an expansion of the traditional franchise exhibition model.

Rather than focusing exclusively on franchise sales, the platform aims to facilitate strategic partnerships, regional expansion, master franchise agreements and potential investment and M&A transactions.

This approach could be particularly relevant for franchise brands that have already established standardized business models and are preparing for expansion into new markets.

Türkiye as a Regional Franchise Hub

With its strategic location between Europe, the Middle East, Central Asia and other emerging markets, Türkiye has increasingly become a meeting point for international business and franchise development.

Be My Franchise 2026 is expected to welcome investors and business professionals from Türkiye, Europe, the Middle East, Central Asia and Africa, creating opportunities for Turkish franchise brands to explore international expansion.

The exhibition will showcase hundreds of franchise concepts across sectors including food and beverage, retail, education, health, beauty, services and emerging business formats.

“The Future of Franchising Is About Building Scalable Businesses”

According to Özhan Erem, Founder of Be My Franchise, the franchise industry is moving beyond the traditional franchise-unit sales model.

“The future of franchising is no longer defined only by selling franchise units. Increasingly, it is about building scalable businesses capable of attracting long-term investment and creating sustainable enterprise value.”

His comments underline the broader transformation taking place in the franchise sector, where growth, scalability and investment readiness are becoming increasingly important alongside traditional franchise development.

Investors and Franchise Brands to Meet in Istanbul

With thousands of qualified business visitors expected, Be My Franchise 2026 aims to strengthen Istanbul’s position as an international meeting point for franchise development and investment.

The launch of the Private Investor Club could also create a new channel for Turkish franchise brands seeking international capital, strategic partners and regional expansion opportunities.

As the boundaries between franchising, private equity and strategic investment continue to evolve, Türkiye’s franchise market is positioning itself to attract a broader range of professional investors.

Be My Franchise – 24th International Franchising Expo will take place in Istanbul from 15–18 October 2026.
